Meeting with JICA Nepal

On January 11, 2019, members of the Executive Committee of NJAA met with Ms. Yumiko Asakuma, Chief Representative, JICA Nepal in her office at Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA). There was discussion regarding the Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA) for higher education in Nepal. Ms. Asakuma informed that JICA is positive in investing in this field as well as agriculture. Everyone agreed that NJAA members could be a great asset for Nepal and Japan if they could be engaged in consulting and technical assistance in Japanese projects in Nepal.
